sweet but not saccharine

The other day, I saw an old man slowly walking alone to the mall from the parking building. connecting the two was a glass tunnel. the man must have been in his 90s but still he smoothed his hair and seemed to be walking in a strut..

A few moments later, he was joined by his wife, who seemed to also be around that age with their 2( or 3) mid-aged children. as his wife finally caught up to him, they casually held hands together while entering the mall.

love that lives through the ages. :) i can only hope that I am as blessed someday.

Crab Mentality

Earlier today, I fell asleep while chatting. In my dream I was at a Chinese restaurant
where I was served steamed crabs. In between dreaming and being awake, I managed to put
my laptop on the other side of the bed. This...in order to make room for the plateful of crab with my name on it.
After which, my consciousness starting to sense the lack of sense and decided it was time to wake up.

Moral of the story: Don't fall asleep dreaming about yummy crustaceans. :(

The Challenge

Today, I start a new adventure. It is a test to see if I am capable of accomplishing my dream. In the future, I would like to speak french quite well. For now, I am studying in a language school and the purpose of this blog is to help me polish my french. Of course, it will not be perfect, but then, so are a lot of things in life. Comments are very welcome. :)

Aujourd'hui, je commence un aventure nouvelle. C'est un essai s'assurer si je suis pouvoir faire sur accomplis mon rêve. En futur, je voudrais parler français assez-bien. Pour maintenant, j'etudie dans l'école de langues et la raison pour cette blog est m'aider a perfectionner mon français. Bien sûr, il ne sera pas parfait, mais alors, comme beaucoup les choses en vie. N'hesitez pas à commentaire. :)
